We are committed to delivering cutting-edge solutions to our clients, and we’re looking for a talented Full-Stack Developer to join our team.

As a Digital Product Manager at Zertic, you will play a crucial role in the development and maintenance of our SaaS applications. You will work with a dynamic team of developers and project managers and are directly involved in the translation of customer requirements into software solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Define the product strategy and roadmap
• Manage the product throughout its lifecycle from concept to end-of-life
• Collect, manage and maintain traceability of requirements from all stakeholders across product releases
• Write the business case for investments and gain internal approval
• Propose a product marketing plan and budget and then deliver against it
• Write Product Requirements and Market Requirements documents
• Work with internal stakeholders and third parties to assess and establish partnerships
• Be the recognized expert in the business on the product, the market, relevant technology and the competition
• Develop core positioning and messaging for the product
• Perform product demos to customers and develop relationships in key clients (B2B)
• Lead the virtual product team to ensure delivery of agreed objectives
• Set Zertic pricing
• Monitor, report and improve product performance
• Brief analysts and the press
• Run trials and MVPs, develop and deliver go to market launch plans
• Channel management and support
• Commission market and competitor research
• Promote the product to sales teams through sales training sessions, webinars, newsletters, and other mechanisms
• Develop and deliver training to technical sales support
• Manage development and marketing projects to deliver to plan
• Collate feedback from sales and customers
• Represent the voice of the customer in senior level management meetings
• Evangelize the product internally and externally
• Be recognized as a leader in the business and build relations with business stakeholders
• Deliver a monthly volume, revenue, and profit forecasts

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Ability to set up and know all details of the Zertic system.
• Experience with product development.
• In-depth knowledge of Certification and Inspection processes.
• Proven track-record in SaaS B2B Product Management.
• Experience with version control systems (Git).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• We are searching for people with a passion for IT, who also like to keep up with developments in IT.
• In addition, the ideal candidate can communicate clearly and work independently.
• Skills that are regularly called upon are analytical thinking, flexibility, stress resistance and taking initiative.
• 5 years of programming experience with JavaScript and PHP
• You have a command of spoken and written English.

Preferably:

• Knowledge about the Certification/inspection sector, or Auditing skills,
• Project management experience and especially CCPM.
• Agile working.
• User Story Mapping.
