Zertic is successful in the high end of the market. The market leaders are using our Zertic software. We are now also aiming for the midsized and small market. To scale up our company. 

As a Senior Sales professional, you will be responsible for building strong networks and customer relationships, and for identifying and exploiting new business opportunities. You are a crucial link in the growth and development of the company, and you work independently on documenting and expanding our sales process with a view to future growth and building a team. You have an entrepreneurial mindset and strive to set and achieve goals, focusing on growth and scaling.

You will work closely with marketing and our Director of Business Development: Marketing will provide you with a qualified lead list, and you will provide input for marketing to work on supporting materials.

As an Account Executive at Zertic, you will be responsible for growing the installed base of the Zertic software and getting new clients onboard. We don’t work (yet) with sales representatives as we strongly believe in consultative selling and building trust and relationships with the senior leadership teams of new clients. That means you still like a hands-on approach and possess hunting skills. The benefit is that you can manage your sales in the way you prefer.

Your role 

It concerns a full-time position, as an Account Executive. You will be responsible for the complete sales process from turning a Marketing Qualified Lead into a client. 

  • “Hunting down” the contacts on the marketing qualified lead list
  • Next to all communication channels, calling will be an important part of contacting potential clients. (Emails are being neglected in other parts of the world.)
  • Building and maintaining strong networks and customer relationships
  • Identify and exploit new business opportunities
  • Documenting and expanding the sales process, with an eye for future growth
  • Organizationally strong, with a focus on systems and automation such as the acquisition workflow in our Zertic CRM
  • Work proactively and independently, with a focus on achieving set goals
  • Managing stakeholders, expectations, timelines, and following up on actions to ensure everyone is aligned
